Excerpt from Statements at the Beginning of the Advanced Jurisprudence Class Regarding the Massacre of People in the Terrorist Incidents in Afghanistan

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sorrow and grief regarding the events occurring in our neighboring country, Afghanistan, caused by those who claim to be Muslims but have truly not grasped the essence of Islam. Currently - that is, for about a month now - there have been approximately seven or eight incidents of mass terrorist killings; in one, sixty to seventy people were martyred, in another fifty to sixty were killed, and in another, over twenty were killed; in Kabul, in Kandahar, and in other places. They even sign and confess that 'we did it'! Who? ISIS. Pay attention, the same hands that created ISIS - both in Iraq and in Syria - and committed those atrocities through ISIS, have now transferred ISIS here, to Afghanistan; they were defeated there and want to start again here; this is their beginning, as they have carried out so many killings there for about a month or forty days now. Of course, the killings include both Shia and Sunni - just like in Iraq and other places - it is not the case that only Shia are killed; unfortunately, in one incident, about fifty or more Shia students were martyred due to their actions, but they are not only Shia; no, ordinary civilian people - Sunni, Shia - are being killed in Kabul and other places; it makes no difference to them, because it does not matter to America.

What is primarily important for American policy in this region today is that this region does not see peace; the governments and nations of this region should be preoccupied so that they do not think about opposing the evil factor of global arrogance in this region, namely Zionism. This is one goal. Another goal is that America justifies its presence [here]. When there is insecurity in Afghanistan, America justifies its presence by saying, 'Yes, we want to come here to establish security,' while they themselves have created the insecurity; the events in Afghanistan - directly and indirectly - have been carried out by American agents for over twenty years; that is, they were the ones who caused these killings in the name of religion in this region; now they continue the same actions; they want the region to always be chaotic to secure their presence here and advance their political and economic objectives. May God's curse be upon global arrogance, upon the agents of global arrogance, upon the evil and criminal government of Zionism and America and their agents, who destroy people and Muslims in this manner.
