Hojjat al-Islam Mr. Sheikh Mahmoud Mohammadi Iraqi (may his success continue)

Now that the Islamic Propagation Organization, after a thirteen-year period of valuable promotional and educational services, has entered a new phase and has been reorganized, I find it necessary to sincerely thank the esteemed and tireless efforts of the pious Mojahed scholar, Ayatollah Mr. Sheikh Ahmad Jannati, whose presence and struggle have been instrumental in the establishment, continuity, and successes of this organization. I appoint him as the head of the board of trustees with the responsibility of policy-making, and you, who, thanks be to God, have combined knowledge and piety with insight, awareness, a sense of responsibility, and compassion with innovation and creativity, to the head of that organization with the responsibility of planning and execution. It is hoped that your mutual cooperation and his, according to the duties separately arranged and approved by me, will enable this valuable and service-oriented organization to achieve greater efficiency, which current needs demand.

It is incumbent upon all the respected officials of that organization and all those involved in Islamic propagation to be intelligently aware of the relentless enmity of the camp of global arrogance against pure Islam and to correctly recognize their tricks to distort the truths and tarnish the pure image of this sacred religion. They must, in proportion to the relentless efforts of the enemy, commit themselves to explaining the truths of Islam and introducing this salvific religion.

Today, you are faced with the enemy's very advanced tools and methods, a vast propaganda network, and limitless resources used in hostility against Islam and opposition to Islamic awakening. You must utilize all your reliance, strength, efforts, and the scientific and promotional capacity of the country, especially the seminaries, and fulfill your historical duty, which will undoubtedly be accompanied by divine assistance and the victory of truth, in the best possible way. It is evident that the seminaries, the serving government, and the relevant organizations each have special duties in assisting that organization. I pray to Almighty God for your success and that of all those involved in this great obligation.
