Reappointment of Mohsen Rafighdoost as Director of the Foundation for the Oppressed and Disabled

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Dear Mr. Haj Mohsen Agha Rafighdoost,

With gratitude for your successful efforts in preserving, revitalizing, and increasing the assets and income of the Foundation for the Oppressed and Disabled, and the services provided from this source to the dear oppressed and disabled and the general interests of the country, I hereby reappoint you for another two-year term as the director of this foundation. I emphasize that meeting the needs and welfare of the disabled, both materially and spiritually, is of utmost importance to me. If there ever comes a time when the foundation's income is insufficient for the service programs for these dear ones, it is even necessary to use the existing capital for these dear ones.

I pray for the success of you and your colleagues in serving the self-sacrificing and the oppressed.
