In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Thanks be to God, Lord of the worlds. May God's blessings and peace be upon the Seal of the Prophets, the manifestation of God's greatest name and the embodiment of all human virtues, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (peace be upon him and his family), and upon his pure and noble household, the leaders of the straight path of servitude and the teachers of struggle and martyrdom, and upon the Awaited Savior (may my soul be sacrificed for him), the hope of humanity's future. And may God's blessings and mercy be upon the martyrs of the path of truth and justice throughout history, especially the exalted martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, who rose against the satanic domination of superpowers in times of virtue's estrangement and sacrificed their lives for God's pleasure and the salvation of the country and nation, leaving their eternal memory as a bright and guiding torch in our minds, hearts, and lives. And may God's peace and the people's be upon the chain of awareness and devotion, the pure lineage of saints in our time, Imam Khomeini (may his soul be sanctified).

The great lesson of our dear martyrs, which must never be neglected, is that we must shield Islamic values with our lives and all that is dear to us whenever necessary, and defend the sovereignty of Islam, which is the source of dignity, honor, and freedom, with all our being.

In the darkness of the global arrogance and oppression in today's world, Islam and the Quran are the only refuge that can save nations; and for this reason, the oppressive global powers oppose Islam as much as they can and create obstacles to its sovereignty. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as the first successful experience of Islamic victory and governance, is therefore the target of their hatred and hostility, and they fight it with all their might, both openly and covertly.

Defending Islam today, as in the early days of Islam, is only possible through sacrifice and devotion; and the lives, wealth, efforts, knowledge, reputation, and all the possessions and resources of sincere Muslims must be spent in defense of this clear and sacred truth whenever necessary. All members of the nation, especially the officials of the Islamic government, must always remember this lesson from the martyrs and seek success in this path from Almighty God.

It is hoped that the families of these dear ones, the disabled veterans, and the missing will be encompassed by divine grace and favor, and that our nation will always appreciate these devotees and take them as models of sacrifice.

Peace be upon you
