Statements at the Beginning of the Advanced Jurisprudence Class

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Thanks be to God, the Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his pure family, especially the Awaited One among the inhabitants of the earth.

Continuing the narration from Abu Hamzeh Thumali regarding Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him), which we read some parts of in previous days: "If he is purified, he fears what they say."

Now, before I present this section, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding what we discussed yesterday in relation to this previous section. Some have misinterpreted it. Well, a misunderstanding in itself is not a serious issue. However, when it leads to disputes, especially in this virtual space where one says something and another says something else, causing resentment and ill feelings among the faithful brothers, then this is a bad thing. I, as a humble servant, insist on the unity of hearts and movement in a single path and the unity of the forces of the country, especially the faithful and revolutionary forces. God forbid, if someone says something that causes division among the forces, we seek refuge in God from this. Such matters should not be made a cause for division.

Well, yes, someone came to me, and considering the well-being of that person and the well-being of the country, I advised him not to participate in a certain matter. I did not say do not participate; I said I do not see it as beneficial for you to participate. We said this. Well, this is a normal thing. A person should express what they see and understand and think is in the interest of their faithful brother. We are generally more familiar with the country's situation than most people. We know people, especially those who have sat with us in hundreds of sessions, better than others. Considering the condition of the audience and the country's situation, one advises a person that if you enter this issue, a polarization will be created in the country. A polarization in the country is harmful to the country. I do not see it as beneficial for you to enter. Yes, this is not a very important matter. It is a very natural and simple thing. Yes, we made this recommendation to one of the gentlemen, to one of the brothers. Now, if this becomes a cause for division among the faithful brothers, one says he said this, another says he did not say that, one says why did he not say it over the loudspeaker? Well, now this is also over the loudspeaker.

The enemies are also listening to take advantage. See, be attentive. Well, what does this matter have to do with Radio 'Farda' or BBC Radio? They will discuss it, analyze it, and question why it was said, what it means. This means that the enemy wants to take advantage. What should we do? We must move in opposition to the enemy. That is, the matter is very ordinary, just as I mentioned. Well, you are my faithful brother. I see something as beneficial for you, and I tell you. This does not seem to have any problem. It is a good thing. It is also necessary religiously. It is also necessary to be well-wishing. "The advice is for the believers" or "for the faithful brothers" or "for the leaders of the believers" in all forms. This is a good thing. A person should advise. Advising means being well-wishing. I, for example, am fond of you, Mr. Sheikh Abdul-Ali, as an example. I know that if you enter this issue, it will be harmful to you. It is also harmful to the country. I tell you not to enter. I do not say do not enter. It is not a command or prohibition. Now some have said that he ordered, commanded, no, we said we do not see it as beneficial. I do not see it as beneficial. This is a good thing. This is not a bad thing.

As for those who say that so-and-so [the Leader] is under the influence of Zayd, Amr, and Bakr, what is this talk? I am more informed about Zayd, Amr, and Bakr, and I have more motivation. What is truly in the interest, what I see as beneficial, between me and God, we must answer to God. One of the prayers that we, like you, should constantly make is, "And employ me for what You will question me about tomorrow." Tomorrow they will ask us. Why did you say such a thing? Why did you not say it? They will also ask about what was not said. It is not only about what was said. Why did you do such a thing? Why did you not do it? They will ask about what was not done as well. Therefore, no, the section we interpreted yesterday was not related to this matter at all. We were interpreting the narration, just as we are interpreting the narration today. That matter is the same as we mentioned. There is no benefit in having disputes among the faithful brothers over these matters. You say something, another says something, another says something. A third person is also waiting; as soon as you argue, he comes to take advantage of the situation. These matters must be watched. Today, the country needs the unity of forces, especially the faithful forces. The forces that are committed must strive not to create divisions over these matters.
