Appointment of Major General Shahbazi as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Strategic Sciences University

In accordance with Article 13 of the statute of the Strategic Sciences University, I appoint you as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Strategic Sciences University.

You and the other members of that board must dedicate your efforts to raising the level of knowledge and insight at that university and make it a place that embodies the high values of Islam. You should teach the military personnel piety and adherence to the methods and conduct of Islamic militarism.

I pray to Almighty God for the success of all of you.
