In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

First of all, I extend my greetings to each and every dear person of Hormozgan and express my appreciation and respect for these dear people who have always shown remarkable qualities over time. We convey our greetings and respect to the esteemed families of the martyrs as well as the families of the disabled veterans and combatants.

You mentioned that the people of Hormozgan have been in the path of struggle and jihad since the beginning of the revolution; I would say that the history of the struggle and resistance of Hormozgan goes back even further, long before this; the island of Hormoz—of which you spoke—is a historical testament to the struggle of these people; the port of Bandar Abbas is the same; this indicates that the element of courage and defense of the truth has been institutionalized in this province; this is very valuable. The honors you mentioned are all true; that is, what you said regarding the formation of the naval forces, presence in the major fronts of defending the country and defending Islam and the Islamic Republic, in all of these, Hormozgan has indeed shown a remarkable presence; we have no doubt about this, we know it. Therefore, the work you have started—which is honoring the martyrs of Hormozgan—is a very good and necessary task and a duty upon all.

Why do we say it is a duty? Because there exists a policy—a worldly, international policy; which now finds a branch within the country as well—to make the symbols of the revolution forgotten; one of these institutions, and the foremost among them, is the struggle and martyrdom in the way of God; to make the names of the martyrs, their memories, and their actions forgotten; you are indeed acting against this wicked movement. The fact that you mentioned providing a certain number of houses, a certain number of dowries, and so on, these are very good works, these are certainly remarkable efforts. Every martyr is a symbol; it does not matter whether this martyr is educated or uneducated, young or old; the very fact that a motivation arises in someone to be ready to sacrifice their life for the defense of the truth and step into the arena is something very valuable; God Almighty considers this very precious. Indeed, God has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties in exchange for Paradise for them; they fight in the way of God, and they kill and are killed; see, God Almighty is the buyer of such motivation, such determination, such action; this is a great deed, this is something very important; our martyrs accomplished this; whether small or large, learned or unlearned; every martyr is a symbol. Strive to clarify the faces of the martyrs as they are for today’s youth; these symbols will become role models for the youth. And this should lead to the point where the youth can choose role models for themselves among these introduced and displayed faces, become attached to them, and follow their path; just as you currently observe among the martyrs whose names have been mentioned and books have been written about them, this same situation has arisen for the youth; martyr Chitsazian, martyr Ibrahim Hadi, martyr Vazvayi; all of these are martyrs who, because they have been introduced and their faces have been elucidated, a group of youth has also become attached to them; when they become attached, they follow their path. This is precisely the opposite of the movement that seeks to attract attachments to symbols of corruption, to symbols of materialism, to symbols of debauchery; see, this is the opposite of that; you should pursue this, God willing, that God will also assist you.

You mentioned the names of the islands; both you and Mr. Governor. Pay attention to the islands, the islands are truly important; both from a security perspective, an economic perspective, and a historical perspective. And I particularly emphasize the island of Hormoz; this is an important place. Although its people are truly suffering from material and financial problems—I am aware of this—yet it is a very important place; pay attention to it; both national officials should pay attention, and you as revolutionary movements should act and pay attention to these collections. God willing, may God grant you all success and support.

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.
