With divine success and with trust in your faith and sincere commitment, as well as the valuable experiences and records you possess at the highest levels of army management, I appoint you as the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is necessary to coordinate with the Joint Staff and cooperate with other sections of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran to ensure that this force is endowed with the appropriate advancement and quality.
